Brett Anderson
Director & Quantity Surveyor
Brett came into Angle Interiors under the previous owner Jason Payne in 2014. With a building background, and then going into Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, he brings a broad set of skills to the operation of the business.Having taken over from Jason completely in 2024, Brett is now the sole director of the company, and is the head QS and project manager, handling pricing, invoicing, scheduling, sub-contractor management, site measures, health and safety and company management among other various roles. Brett has been involved directly in one way or another with all projects since starting in 2014.

Trev Eden
Stopping Foreman
Trev has been with Angle Interiors since the beginning in 1999. He is our Stopping foreman with a wealth of knowledge and a vast amount of experience. An expert in all things plastering from negative detailing, stop-in lights, Gib window reveals, Level 5 finishing, Gib coving, Fibrous cornices, he has seen it all. Trev leads the team with a steady hand and eye for detail, seeking out perfection, and continuously aiming to upskill and train all our stoppers to reach this common goal.

Paul Grass
Commercial Foreman
Grassy is our king of Gib. From fixing to stopping to fibrous plastering, Grassy has done it all, and is a true qualified old school tradesman. Grassy leads us on our commercial projects, often managing a crew of 8 or more staff directly under him at any stage. When in between projects he can slot in with the fixers or stoppers easily. He has been in the trade for over 30 years, and been a key staff member on some recent significant projects such as:- The Oaks Cub Remediation 2025-2026
- Arvida Dementia Care and Apartments 2024-2025
- Invercargill CBD Shopping Mall 2022-2023

Adam Vallom
Fixing Foreman
Our foreman when it comes to Gib fixing is Adam. Adam has been in the trade for over a decade and has recently completed his qualification through BCITO to mark that. He is also furthering his education and qualification by undertaking a project management course to continue to upskill.
A man that understands the Gib codes and requirements, and a leader that can ensure the job is completed to the highest of standards, to ensure it is in the best possible state for the stoppers. He uses his experience to ensure smart set outs of control joints and sheet layouts, minimising waste and optimising quality. A laid-back personality who is easy to get along with, and is there to do what needs to be done to ensure an optimal finish.

Kalem Ames
Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Kalem came on with Angle Interiors at the start of 2026 as a graduate Quantity Surveyor. He completed his Diploma in Quantity Surveying through the SIT, coming with glowing references from his tutors. As the company continues to grow and the workloads increase,
Kalem is learning the specifics of the Plasterboard Linings trade and will be focused mainly on the tendering process, as well as getting out to sites to further his trade-specific practical knowledge.
